We have partnered with “El Cacaotal”, a chocolate library and bean-to-bar store in Lima, Peru, to bring you an exclusive look at the top small-scale cult chocolate crafters in that country. We will taste an extensive range of bars, none of which have ever been available in North America. There will be a small number of bars available for purchase after the tasting.

This Saturday we are exploring the tastes of Peru with the full collection of different Peru origins from Josef Zotter. This will be a fascinating foray into the cacao growing regions of Peru. You will not want to miss out!
