The Future of Craft Chocolate

We'll end 2019 with a very special night. The Chocolate world has changed enormously over the past decade and trying to envision how the industry will look in ten more years is a challenge, but we think we're up to it. Join us as we discuss the issues cacao farmers face such as deforestation and global warming and look at possible solutions. In addition we'll try a number of very special bars that we feel point the way to what the chocolate of the future might just taste like. A night to remember.
