A great class to start of the new year! In the first part we cover some basics about craft chocolate and what to look for when tasting then we turn your palates loose. Using the ICA judging criteria we will guide you through the actual critical assessment of a series of chocolate bars. You'll be able to take home some extra judging sheets afterwards to practice on too. Perfect class for beginners or for those who want to brush up on their tasting skills. We guarantee you will never taste chocolate the same after this night.
