Introduction to Craft Chocolate

A very special Mother's Day event where we will cover chocolate history, cultivation, manufacture and teach you how to taste chocolate like a pro. We'll dive deep into the world of all things chocolate and answer all your questions while tasting some of the world's finest bars. A great introductory class for those wanting to know more about fine chocolate. Bring your mom!
