In this anniversary class, we delve deep into the mysteries of just what exactly makes a chocolate bar taste like it does. We'll give you tools to help isolate flavour components and teach you some useful vocabulary that will have you tasting like an expert in just a little over an hour. Plus, of course, lots of delicious new chocolate bars that we are dying to introduce to you.
