This Saturday we are exploring the tastes of Peru with the full collection of different Peru origins from Josef Zotter.

Many of you are big fans of his wacky flavour combinations in his hand-scooped ganache bars, but he also makes a very serious (and exceptional) line of single-origin bars with his Labooko line.

We will showcase five of these bars: Barranquita, Huallaga Nativo, Oro Verde, Quinacho, and Cacao Tocache - all of Peruvian origin.
