It's been awhile since we've done a Madagascar chocolate tasting, so join us this Saturday to compare several Madagascar origin bars.
Time for us to mix things up a little bit and do a tasting with inclusion bars!
Four inclusion bars for this Saturday's chocolate tasting event! Some unique chocolate pairings in this group: pine needle infused chocolate from Raaka; combava citrus fruit with salt (Madagascar lime) from Chocolat Madagascar; hops-infused chocolate from Chocolat Naive; and the olive & bread bar from Rozsavolgyi.
This Saturday we will be tasting three of their single-origin bars and their Pistachio Giunduja bar.
Back in stock are also some favourite inclusion bars, including Bread & Olives, Matcha Tea, Peppermint, and Hot Paprika.
Our first chocolate tasting of 2017 will feature bars made from cacao grown in Chuao, Venezuela.
