Saturday Tasting: Tanzania Origin featuring Kokoa Kamili cacao
Kokoa Kamili is located in Tanzania's Kilombero Valley bordering the beautiful Udzungwa Mountain National Park. They source wet cacao directly from 2,600 smallholder farmers and ferment, sun dry and export the cocoa beans to chocolate makers around the world.
On May 21 we will be showcasing chocolate makers who use Tanzanian beans, including Omnom, Dandelion, Palette de Bine, and Chocolate Naive.
