David is in Seattle Nov 10th and 11th for the Northwest Chocolate Festival and will be bringing back a host of new bars with him. At this special class we’ll sit down and taste through a bunch of them plus learn what’s happening if the chocolate world at the moment. If you can’t get to Seattle (and you really should!) this will be the next best thing.

This is your opportunity to try some of the new arrivals to The Chocolate Project! We have several new chocolate makers making their debut here this weekend, as well as some new origins from makers we regularly carry.
