This fall's Dark Collection has been modeled after our popular Yucatan Peninsula tasting set that we featured last month.
Our Dark Milk Collection has been updated with new bars and some of our favourites.
And we've introduced the High End Collection: five bars ranging from 85%-100% for all of you who like the deep richness of chocolate with little (to no) sugar. If you're curious about higher percentages of cocoa, this set will lead you through progressively darker bars until you reach 100% cacao bars.
