INTRODUCTION TO ARTISANAL CHOCOLATE

In this workshop we will introduce you to the world of bean-to-bar chocolate. We will focus on how to taste chocolate, what it is you want to look for when tasting chocolate, and how to read the label of a chocolate bar. And, of course, we will taste multiple single-origin bars so that you get the opportunity to apply your new skills.
