Our Chocolate Masterclass series returns on Saturday May 27th. This is a guided workshop and tasting class, and will begin at 2pm sharp.

Join us for an in-depth look at the world of chocolate plus a chance to taste bars from two new makers debuting in Canada. We'll be showcasing the full selections from Map Chocolates and 24 Blackbirds, as well as some other new things that we know you'll love. We'll be talking in-depth about roasting cacao for this class.

This is a ticketed event with limited seating – tickets are $10 and can be picked up at The Chocolate Project.
