This Saturday's tasting will explore the cacao growing regions of the Yucatan Peninsula area with bars from several different chocolate makers featured.

Cacao grown in Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua will be the focus of this tasting, with bars from Askinosie, Dick Taylor, French Broad, and Sirene.
