This week we are breaking out the bars from the legendary Art Pollard, one of the founders of the American craft chocolate movement. He founded Amano Chocolate (Italian for by hand or they love) in 2006 and garnered international attention as the first American winner of an Academy of Chocolate Gold Award in 2008.

We love the new larger size and restyled packaging. In addition to the Morobe, Dos Rios, and Ocumare Village bars pictured here, we carry Amano's Chuao, Mango Chili, and Morobe Chef's Bag.
