How could we pass up the opportunity to highlight Canadian bean-to-bar makers on this long weekend? There is some amazing chocolate being made in Canada, and we'll be highlighting bars from East Van Roasters, Sirene, Beta 5, Palette de Bine, and Soma (the original Canadian bean-to-bar makers).
