ARTISANAL CHOCOLATE TASTING CLASS

Join us on a guided tasting and introduction to the world of artisanal chocolate. We will taste nine different dark chocolates from three different origins. You will learn:
 

• a brief history of chocolate

• how to taste fine-flavour chocolate

• how to read a chocolate label

• to build a tasting vocabulary

This class will feature different bars from the previous classes. We encourage you to attend and expand your chocolate knowledge through tasting!
