Shattell Chocolate of Peru is making it's Canadian debut this Saturday! This is a bean-to-bar maker from Lima, Peru that focuses on the various cacao growing regions within Peru. We are fortunate to have received four of their origin bars: Tingo Maria, Tumbes, Sapasoa, and Piura. This is your first chance to try these bars. They won't be around for long as we were only able to get a dozen of each.
